Jewish family takes refuge in Pakistan during World War II

During World War II the Kahan family, a Jewish family took refuge in Lahore, a worldly city with a vibrant international culture. In the 40s, around 2,000 Jews lived in Pakistan, and most of them were settled in the port city of Karachi.
