After the fall of the Taliban, US members Bond Street Theatre met up with a dauntless group of Afghan actors who called themselves Exile Theatre. Together, they dared to present live theatre despite the restrictions and repression of the times resulting in the first ever US-Afghan theatre collaboration with a touring show Beyond the Mirror.
