Adel Termos was out in Beirut with his daughter when a bomb exploded in the center of town. Termos realized a second suicide bomber near the sight of the first explosion, where hundreds of people were gathering. Termos jumped on the man, which caused him to detonate. Termos’ heroism saved the lives of hundreds of families that day. He left behind his wife, 6-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son.
